Iphone 12- Blue Turns on but will not activate. It was wiped and then when trying to set up it would not activate. There may be an issue with the broadband chip. Perhaps an easy fix for someone that can make the repair. Screen may have been replaced but works fine. Back glass has been replaced and the current back screen has crack (see pictures).
